We had a very lovely stay at Divine Ganga Cottage. the location was excellent, with the hotel being very close to Laxman Jhula bridge and offering beautiful views of the Ganga. the hospitality from all the staff was top-notch, and we especially appreciated the reception staff for assisting with car bookings and adventures. the deluxe room upgrade was definitely worth the little extra cost, as the rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered stunning views of the Ganga. Special thanks to Ravinder for his fabulous hospitality in the restaurant, where the food was both delicious and affordable. a wonderful experience that we would definitely recommend and return to.
Didn't dislike anything about the property. 🌟

The hotel is situated at a beautiful location with breathtaking views of the river. The gardens are well-kept and offer a pleasant atmosphere. The staff is hospitable and helpful.
The approach road is extremely narrow and difficult to navigate, especially for larger vehicles. The rooms are not well-maintained and lack basic amenities like clean towels and toiletries.

We were given complementary Christmas cake and wine which was a nice touch. the view of the Ganges was spectacular and made up for the location being a bit far from town. the staff was friendly and helpful.
Our room was not well-maintained and had an unpleasant smell. the bathroom was not up to our standards and was in need of repairs.

Located by the scenic Ganga river, Divine Ganga Cottage offers a charming ambiance with pleasing music floating over the terraces that add to its overall appeal. the helpful hospitality of the reception staff, and excellent services from Ravinder at the restaurant, and delicious food by Khemraj simply adds to the experience.
While some maintenance work was underway, it might not be the top choice for those with disabilities as there are several stairs to climb.
